Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in your wellness journey. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened and unused products.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, please contact us at info@elevitawellness.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
